As part of NBC Universal's ongoing commitment to diversity, the NBC Universal Talent Diversity Initiative was created to promote & sustain on-camera diversity through community involvement and development, showcasing non-traditional casting choices, and creating programs to raise awareness at NBC Universal and within the entire entertainment community.

NBC Universal's Talent Diversity Initiative developed an interactive online portal where agents, casting directors, creative executives, and the general public can access information on up and coming talent, events, employment, opportunities, and issues in diversity nationwide.
This site is a hub for anyone who is interested in diversity to stay connected to us and to keep up to date on relevant issues and ways to get involved in their area.

NATIVE-AMERICAN TALENT WEBSITE
We wanted to make you aware of the only network-sponsored active website and searchable database created for Native American actors, comics, models, singers, writers and directors to post their headshots, resumes and demo reels. This site will provide a much-needed tool to be used by casting directors, talent agents, producers, and directors who are looking for Native American talent.
The website also includes news and current events that relate to the Native American community and a place for job postings both in-front of and behind the camera. The website is sponsored by NBC Entertainment and the Oneida Indian Nation.
